Ambition 2022 Langhe doc Riesling

An unusual variety in Piedmont: Riesling, a passion of mine. Aged for two years in the bottle, it has a crisp acidity and characteristic hydrocarbon notes.

Pairings: Appetizers, first courses of fish and vegetables, second courses of fish, especially fried fish.
