With its natural sweetness and fragrance, it is the typical wine of this area. Its low alcoholic content of 5.5%, together with its sparkle, makes it a really unique wine. It is perfect with desserts and it is very good also matched with salty snacks like bread, butter and anchovies, oysters, cold cuts and aged cheeses. The grapes of this wine come from a single vineyard from 1940, the best of our winery. The yields are low, the grapes are few and the sweetness is balanced. The peculiarity of this wine, apart from the term Vigna, is the permanence of at least six months on the noble lees, so it can take all the “good” from the must.
